Use `sales@sigid.org` for product evaluation, enterprise requirements, and commercial questions. Use `privacy@sigid.com` for privacy questions and data-rights requests, `legal@sigid.com` for legal questions, and `security@sigid.com` for responsible vulnerability disclosure.

Do not send passwords, bearer tokens, API keys, private keys, recovery codes, payment-card data, or production personal data by email. For an API failure, include a timestamp, the affected endpoint, the HTTP status, and a redacted request ID. Account-specific requests should begin at <https://identity.sigid.org/>, where a user can inspect sessions, authenticators, connected applications, exports, and account controls.
