Security vulnerabilities should be reported privately to [email protected] with reproduction steps, affected endpoints, impact, and a safe way to contact the reporter. Account-specific issues should begin in SigID Identity, where users can inspect sessions, authenticators, connected applications, exports, and account controls. Developers should include a request ID and timestamp when reporting an API failure, but must redact bearer credentials and secrets. Documentation and machine-readable discovery remain available without opening a support request.
